In 1971-1974 he was Secretary of the Dean Office at the University of Buenos Aires Law School, and from 1977 to 1983 he was Assistant Professor of Private Law III at the University of Buenos Aires Law School, Sworn Translators Course Degree. Mr. Noetinger has been a Professor of the Business Law Masters Degree at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires since 1994, professor of the Intellectual Property Masters Degree at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires since 2008, professor of the Corporate Legal Advice Masters Degree (MAJE) at the Universidad Austral in Rosario since 1998, professor of the Specialization Course in Industrial Property since 1997 to 2001, and Visiting Professor on the subject of Industrial Property of the undergraduate degree at the University of Buenos Aires Law School from 1996 to 2001. He has been a visiting professor at the graduate course of Foreign Trade at the University of Buenos Aires School of Economics since 2005, and a professor at the University Siglo 21, Cordoba Province, in the graduate course in Business Law since 2004 to date.
